His putting is as bad as his driving is good, so he has a lot to learn. Overcoming all odds, Happy wins the tour championship and now can save grandma’s home.

Each Dawn I Die from 1939. Reporter Cagney is framed, and sent to the prison where he meets a dangerous inmate, Raft. There is excellent acting all around. Cagney hits a white-hot peak with his character, however the last half of movie gets to be outrageously incredible. Music score by Max Steiner. Cast includes James Cagney, George Raft, George Bancroft, Jane Bryan, Maxie Rosenbloom, Stanley Ridges, Louis Jean Heydt, Abner Biberman, John Wray, Victor Jory, and Thurston Chamber.

The Sentinel from 1977. Smooth though tedious shocker in reference to N. Y.C. fashion model, who rents a residence in Brooklyn, finds it is full of demons and she is the next guard for the entrance to Hell. The Meteor Man from 1993. Townsend plays a timid, nerdy school teacher with a fear of heights who gets hit by an abnormal emerald green meteor that turns him into a superhero. Magnificent “Superman in the Hood” storyline, complete of good values, but very few actually amusing minutes. Cast includes Robert Townsend, Marla Gibbs, Eddie Griffin, Robert Guillaume, James Earl Jones, Roy Fegan, and Bill Cosby.

Ivan the Terrible, continuance of the fable of King Ivan IV, in which he takes on the boyars in a battle for power. Extraordinary film is just a shade underneath its predecessor, Banned by Stalin due to arguable illustration of Ivan’s secret patrol, and not released till 1958. Cast includes Nikolai Cherkassov; Serafima Birman, Mikhail Nazvanov, Pavel Kadochnikov, and Andrei Abrikosov.

The In Laws from 1964. Everybody can relate to this unpleasant situation. The in laws are coming and you just have to survive. Do not try this at home! Unrated rendition runs 93. Cast includes Peter Falk, Alan Arkin, Richard Libertini, and Nancy Dussault.

Down Argentine Way from 1940. Enjoyable 20th Century Fox musical with Grable in the movie that raised her to stardom falling in love with slick Argentinean horse breeder Ameche. Miranda is superb in her first American motion picture, acting infectious Brazilian melodies with her own band and look out for the Nicholas Brothers, who do a dynamite forte number. Picture postcard color all the way through. Cast includes Don Ameche, Betty Grable, Carmen Miranda, Charlotte Wood, Carrol Naish, Henry Stephenson, and Leonid Kinskey.
