WoW Raid Guide – How To Join A Raid Without Achievements

I\’ve always liked World of Warcraft battlegrounds and arena more than any slice of PvE content, but lately, as my friends left the game, I didn\’t get so much joy in cracking other player\’s skulls in PvP. So, I decided to try raiding. But as I was a total noob at raiding and PvE so I started working with a WoW raid guide at least to learn the basics. However, it was very hard for me to join a raid because of the lack of instance achievements, but the first thing this WoW raid guide taught me, was how to join a raid. So, here\’s what you need to do.

1. The first card you can pull off your sleeve to join an elitist raid without any achievements is to tell the raid leader that this is your alt and your main toon has all the achievements. He might ask you what your main toon is, so all you need to do is look on wowarmory.com for a character with full achievements and tell him to check it out. This might not work though, so in that case move your negotiation to step 2.

2. Tell the leader that you\’ll bring treats for the raid. Fish Feast, Flasks of the Frost Wyrm and Flasks of Endless Rage are the most desired of players and sometimes are quite expensive. So, it\’s worth investing a few hundreds to join a raid. Also, as this WoW raid guide has taught me, you can mention your high gear score if you have end game arena gear. They don\’t have to know you\’re fully PvP equipped and even if they do, they\’ll know you have some skills.

3. If everything you\’ve tried in the first place failed, your last resort is to pay the leader of a raid to invite you. For example, 100g for each boss killed in a raid sounds very tempting to anyone, and for me it worked everytime. Of course, be prepared to play this card and farm your gold 2-3 days before a raid. Also, if the raid clears 2-3 bosses, you don\’t even have to pay, because if they kick you, you\’ll be hard to replace especially if you\’re a healer or tank.

If these tips aren\’t enough, then I can only recommend you the WoW raid guide I\’ve been working with, to study the mechanics of every WoW boss encounter and lead your own raids. This way, you can reserve the rights for certain items and after leading a few successful raids you will become popular and people will seek you to join or to lead their raids.

Best Horde Leveling Guides – Joana\’s Horde Leveling Guide

Joana\’s Horde Leveling Guide was one of the best choices I\’ve made when I started to make a tank for my guild, because our old tanker left the game for another MMO. I\’ve never liked taking a character to the level cap so I only have a maximized level rogue, the rest were all level 29 twinks. So, as I began to work on my new tauren warrior, this guide has really improved my leveling speed. Therefore, I\’m going to describe here how exactly this guide has helped me out.

Firstly, this guide is designed for all types of players, from noob to pro. Even if you know all the quests closely, Joana\’s Horde Leveling Guide outlines a great quest path associating the quests so that you can always work on 3-4 at any time, saving time and maximizing the XP rate. It\’s a step-by-step guide, and each step is represented on the guide\’s detailed maps. For your ease, it\’s a good thing to read about 20 steps to make a general idea of the quests you\’re about to do and then take action.

Another important aspect of this guide is that every quest is directly linked to wowhead, allakhazam or thottbot. So, if you don\’t understand the details of a certain quest, if you don\’t find a mob or a NPC, you can directly visit the forums on these sites to read additional information and also can post a thread if you want to take part to those sites communities and help others.

The feature that I liked the most at this guide is that it has a great in-game mod. This program puts all the information written as PDF into the game interface and you don\’t need to alt tab at all. This program is quite easy to install and it comes with full installation instructions. It will keep the order of your steps and you\’ll always know where you remained with your questing after a relog.

All in all Joana\’s Horde Leveling Guide is a great tool for fast leveling and it will take you to the end game content in a very short time. The last character I leveled up following this guide took me less the 8 days. That\’s quite a record for a lazy guy like me.

Is Your Xbox 360 Broken? Then Welcome!

Is your Xbox 360 broken? The Xbox is a powerful HD console and like most things electronic is great when it works. Unfortunately the sleek design causes a common overheating issue. However this is easy to fix and cheap to do so also. This is depicted by all lights around the power button flashing red.

The ring of death is usually attributed to an overheating fault, I say usually as sometimes it can be down to hardware faults. Before we carry out this repair I think it would be a good idea to make sure that we are fixing the correct problem. Luckily for us the Xbox will tell us what the problem is with it.

This repair should only be performed if your Xbox is outside of its manufacturing warranty. If it is not this will invalidate your warranty.

The first step is to remove the case there are various videos on the web which will show you how to do this, it is a case of pressing on several small clips located around the case.

Next we will need to remove all of the screws from the metal case, this will allow us to reveal the motherboard and remove it. Before you remove it you will need to remove the DVD drive which will simply lift out once the motherboard is revealed and you will also need to disconnect power cable for the fans, located just to the left of the fans.

Next flip over the motherboard to reveal two x-clamps, once these have been removed the heat sinks will lift away from the board. Under these heat sinks there are three processors use alcohol rub to clean them up, once clean apply some thermal compound to each ensuring that the whole of the processor is coated and that the coating is even.

The next thing to do is reattach the heatsinks you should use screws instead of reattaching the x-clamps. As with everything else, be careful when you are doing this.
